Dr. Johannes Bonatti
Dr. Bonatti is the chairman of the department of cardiothoracic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Bonatti performed the world’s first robotic endoscopic triple and quadruple vessel bypass in the arrested heart valve. In addition to his contributions to advancing robotic surgery, Dr. Bonatti was awarded Intuitive Surgical’s “Distinguished Robotic Surgeon and Pioneer in da Vinci Cardiac Surgery.”
Dr. Vipul Patel
Dr. Patel is the medical director of the Global Robotics Institute at Celebration Health in Orlando, Florida. He is a leader in the field of robotic surgery, having trained hundreds of surgeons on how to safely adopt robotic technology into their practice. Dr. Patel has personally performed the most robotic surgeries in the world and has currently performed nearly 7,000 robotic prostatectomies. In addition to his many accomplishments in the field of robotic surgery, he is the founding member of the Society of Robotic Surgery.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy

SRS has started a green initiative, so instead of cutting down trees to make paper program books, we are cutting down on the use of paper and going electronic, which also cuts costs for the society as a whole. A link to the electronic version of the program book will be available on the website one week before the meeting. You will also be given a copy on a flash drive at the meeting.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SRS Executive Office by 10/7/2013. All refund requests will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made after 10/7/2013.
